Eligibility Criteria to appear in CSEET examination -

●  A candidate who passed/appearing in the Senior Secondary (10+2) Examination or equivalent is eligible to appear in the CSEET

●  All Graduates/Post Graduates who were earlier eligible for registration directly to the CS Executive Programme, now must pass the CSEET to become eligible for registration to the Executive Programme.

Detailed Syllabus of Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET)

CSEET is a computer-based exam of 2 hours conducted on a single day. There are four subjects in the CSEET exam -

●  Paper 1: Business Communication (50 Marks)

●  Paper 2: Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning (50 Marks)

●  Paper 3: Economic and Business Environment (50 Marks)

●  Paper 4: Current Affairs (20 Marks), Presentation and Communication Skills (Viva Voce) (30 marks)

Passing criteria

A candidate is declared as passed in the CSEET exam-

●  If he/she secures a minimum of 40% marks on each paper and,

●  50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects.
